农业法案2013通过了国会的批准

今早路上听新闻，2008年的农业法案到期后，现在已经通过未来五年的2013年农业法案。
对这个法案不太了解的可以看一下俺两年前写的一点简介农业法案 。

俺还没细读，但听到的要点是过去十几年没有过的在食物券开支的巨额消减，未来低收入人群的日子更难过了。

The House Agriculture Committee has approved a 2013 farm bill that slashes $20 billion from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, commonly known as food stamps, eliminating the benefits to 2 million people. It is the biggest change in the program since the Welfare Reform Act of 1996.

其实食物卷很多有些都是FRAUD，拿食物卷买龙虾的很多。

美国的福利养太多懒人了，当然比欧洲好。

还指望减税？看看你工资表上，自一月起Social Security Tax又加了2%。
