这些大银行裁减人，根本就不是营利不好，都赚老了，只是 Shareholders 贪心，CEO 只好裁人，MD。

盈利能力还是不如以前的。监管太厉害了。大银行里裁点人一点问题也没有，反正很多都是吃闲饭的。我看裁个20%运作地还是好好的。

That's absolutely needed. Citi laid off 5000 VPs in 2009 - 2010, these guys were sitting there and basically doing nothing.
