bears are not strong. TZA is 10% gain within 4 down days. it is 3X.

For somehow, I feel once an ETF gets aging, it becomes under-performance.
Remember year 2008, FAS/FAZ, TNA/TZA could swing 20% a day. But not any more.

I could be wrong.
