A day of TVIX, dropping 16%

一头雾水,哪位能用通俗点的话解释一下?

因为俺在看顶，总咋感觉着是大MM借机低位抄底TVIX。为何早不跌晚不跌，就在恢复增发新股的前一天这么搞，让多少持股的散户低位贱卖。如果TVIX回头，股市再大幅下跌，低位接盘的岂不是白赚一大笔。

MM did exactly the way you said.
I run into similar problem on an oil ETF. it was down, down, until to $6's due to issue of new shares. MM bought back most shares at around $6.
Later, new shares approved to issue at $10's. MM resold these cheap shares at much higher price. I hated that experience.

Credit Suisse Restarts Issuance  because it meets the condiitons again.
