stockcharts.com have a promotion to upgrade basic member to extra for $1 per month.
For example, if I get 13 month of basic membership for $154.95.
Then I can upgrade my account to Extra! with $13
Once upgraded, I can downgrade from Extra! to basic and gain additional 9 months of Basic membership.
That means it is $167.95 for 22 months...

The promotion ends today at midnight.

I'm currently at Extra now, do I need to downgrade to basic first to see this promotion? I don't see it in my current member area. Thanks!

I am not sure. I have Basic before, and in the member page there is a promotion to upgrade to Extra for $1 a month.
After I downgraded from Extra to Basic gaining additional 9 months, the promotion link is gone, so I can't repeat the process over and over... :(

I notice Extra member have custom scan function, I didn't tried it out before downgrading... Do you use that function? Is it useful?

I tested it again, after one try, the price to upgrade shown will not be $1 a month, but if you try it, it is actually still $1 a month to upgrade. So it can be done over and over....That means we can have life time cheap membership...shhhh
