So far, the consolidation is around 38-40% which I think is bullish.  A 50% retracement would be viewed as neutral, a more than 60% retracement means the uptrend is weak and in danger.   This is also valid on the downside, if we see a 38% rebound it is weak and the down trend is more likely to continue, if 50%, market may not dip too too much deeper, if more than 60% rebound, then the down trend, if any, would be choppy.
