I still believe there will be another down phase tomorrow before a not too big up phase, which you can try if you are day trading.

Gone will be my double dip prediction. Meaning--the downside drive is much weaker than I thought. so we are set for a new seasonal market high.
I will buy XLF and Fas calls after Fed results. And hold.
A little bit later is better than never.
