It went to 1293, and you allowed it to come all the way back to your original stop?

ES short was stopped out at 1304.5.

But I just long ES at 1302 (set stop at 1299.5)

same problem here. Customer service told me it is due to some config in the network side, no need to do anything, it will be fixed automatically later, Webtrader is ok.
