    这个一般是反向指标，散户extreme bullish，一般大盘到顶了，现在散户一下由牛转熊(可以理解为这个指标短线超卖)，基本上短线到底了。

In TOS, u do have 2 min chart. go to style-> intraday-> choose min chart -> 2 min

but this weeks II poll show 56.2% bull (higher than 56% in May2010).  so still quite high.

看椭圆里的DownBar and Reversal Bar 15:34 and15:36 high volume over 25,000. buy limit on the reversal bar. If you could not see the volume clearly, look back to suanpan's chart. Please note the volume in Tos always wrong. This method can not used in the Market open time!!!!!

Another way is look at 3600 ticks chart, buy at the top of the fist reversal bar. It is more clear for today.
