The bottom line, the short-term trend is down but I hold no short position overnight.

A little bit bullish biased toward tomorrow because according to the Stock Trader’s Almanac, August expiration day, Dow up 6 in a row from 2003 to 2008. Also there’re 65% chances a green day the next after an Major Distribution Day (NYSE Down Volume to NYSE Up Volume >= 9).
