Start fund: 1 million.
Will hold up to 20 stocks (including long or short).
Each position is about 50K and will only buy or sell at daily close price.
Will compete with SPX.

Yes，it is more like a virtual focused mutual fund. I will keep track of it to see if my own picks can beat index or nor and by how much in the long run.

This fund is not for trading. I created it to see if I could do better than most of dumb mutual funds.
