many retail investors simply underestimate CIC and think they are dumb, actually they are pretty smart. They invested heavily on blackrock, watch it plummet, and double down; other examples are MS and TCK.

I guessed it's another blow to the shaky housing market ?  I locked in the rate, but may consider drop the offer
