I saw tons of money flow out of VXX and UUP today, which makes me to think today might be a short term bottom. In fact, I saw this before the rally. However, after the close, I also saw tons of money flow out of SPY. That makes me really confused, which one to trust?

HI Cobra,

The spy block mf is -431.72 million dollar based on WSJ.
I calculated MF of UUP and VXX by myself.  I used the uptick rules and calculated every trade for the two ETF on Friday.   
The UUP MF is 7.17 million dollar  if I use every trade and -14 million dollars if I use 20s data.    The VXX MF is -109 million dollar.

As of UUP and VXX, frankly, I don't think they're important. But if based on your observation, they work, then you should trust your observation. Don't trust whatever those who called HH said, especially the guy called himself "Cobra".
