为啥Domain transfer以后原Web App不工作了？

介个，有谁知道为啥Domain transfer以后原Web App不工作了？事情是介样的，俺将www.hutong9.net从ZoneEdit transfer到godaddy，成功后在godaddy里设定www.hutong9.net指向209.62.122.163（即，原来hutong9.net在host sever上设定的地方），但是现在打www.hutong9.net则啥也没有了。不知道还忘了啥设定，有谁知道的哈？

DNS的更新是需要一定时间才会起作用的。

理论上，你别写IP地址，就写重定向到www.hutong9.com应该也可以工作啊。

不是godaddy的问题，应该是什么设定。209.62.122.162是hutong9.com所有，你可以试试直接打该IP地址，你将看不到hutong9的页面，尽管介个IP确实是被hutong9.com所用。所以俺猜，可能还有其他设定。

你新买的空间里有没有装PHP程序啊？另外在根目录下还有一个.htaccess之类的文件可以设定某些子目录可以看见某些不能看见的，你有修改过吗？

恐怕偶没懂老蛇做的啥。老蛇意思是：
1. hutong9.net domain 名在ZoneEdit 早已注册。
2. 你刚把这个domain转到godaddy
3. 然后你把www.hutong9.net指向209.62.122.163
4. 打入www.hutong9.net后，看到的是下面的page

5. 打入www.hutong9.net/index.php后，看到的是下面的page


偶有几个问题：
1. hutong9 在 209.62.122.163 server 上以前用过吗？还是新启用的web server？
2. 你确认 hutong9 在 209.62.122.163 server 上 work 了吗？
3. 偶没说清楚，偶的意思是可能问题还是在web server 上。

如果.163和.162用的同样OS 和 web server，可以和 .162 上的设置比较一下。

K，原来是老蛇在瞎折腾，俺说咋突然上不了bbs.hutong9.net呢，让中国政府和版四背了黑锅。

跟DNS和web server无关吧。建议看看php是否work，再看看文件和目录的属性是否可执行，有时文件拷过去会变成只读。

先看一下 index.php 这个 file 是否存在，是否在它应该在的目录下，它以及它所在的目录的 access permission 是否正确。

我检查过了你的设置。
1）dns设置正确，因为可以nslookup www.hutong9.net。
2）www.hutong9.net确实指向了你的webserver。因为visit http://www.hutong9.net/index.php
的时候显示了你的web server信息。

所以你的问题出在webserver本身。
可能是web server配置文件httpd.conf有问题。这个文件很复杂，不懂的话不要乱改。
最有可能的是DocumentRoot的设置有问题。

请做如下试验来确定问题所在：

在你放index.php的地方，新建一个test.html文件。内容就一个单词test，存成文本文件。
然后访问http://www.hutong9.net/test.html，告诉我们你能不能看到test内容。

然后，我们在帮你一步步troubleshooting。

在你放index.php的地方，新建一个test.php文件。内容如下，存成文本文件。

?>

然后访问http://www.hutong9.net/test.php，告诉我们你能不能看到任何内容。

if 162 and 163 are in the same hosting, u can compare and see what is missing in 163.  Likely httpd.conf is not correct as watchman said and document root needs to point to the right folder.

However, you don't want to overdo this.  It is probably intended that the direct ip goes to nowhere.  You probably want hutong9.net points to x.x.x.163/{$yourSubDir} where it has index.php.  Just my guess. You better message watchman privately as it is getting more sensitive.
