LVS (Macau) IPO debut on HK Exchange sinks, 10% below IPO offering price now, plus the IPO price is at the lower point of the estimated range.

IPO Price: HK$10.38

Now trading Price: HK$ 9.11

does not matter. LVS 圈le $2.5B from the IPO for nothing.

I think LVS is a good buy if it drops to 13.xx
