At this level, I do not think anyone would put fresh money to pump up market now.
Only two ways to pump market high:
1. short squeeze
2. guys who bought low can add more to pump up market then to unload later.

3. haha, another one is USD keep dropping

Suppose you(MF) have zero position and all cash, do you want to buy MSFT/IBM/HPQ/APPL/AMZN/GS/JPM now? no way.
