Seems the good days never ends for bulls.
Unbelievable, indeed.
Enjoy it while you can. However, remember there is another saying: no easy money in market. It applies both to bear and bull as well.
I'm almost collapsed now. Keep reminding myself to be patient (not to add SDS position yet).
However, I think the last hour rally was a set-up for another sell on news tomorrow. I know everyone is looking at a pop at least at the open tomorrow. That's why XLF is up in AH.
But it may not necessary played out that way. How about a gap down? Not impossible to me.
While it seems hopeless (for bears, it's indeed the case right now), it's very likely we are close to a great opportunity to short. Today is in history, however, tomorrow may be a complete different story. Don't be scared.
To encourage bears, I would say, today's rally is to scare bears so that they dare not short the market aggressively when MMs are unloading. They did it yesterday, but refused to unload at lower price, therefore, there is today's rally so that they can sell their positions at higher price while little bulls become excited again to buy.
I believe the theme of this week is unloading. They need to seesaw for several days to finish this process. When big boys finished unloading, there will be big drop after that. |
