I am really confuse about 动念的时间? What is refering to? I don't really understand it. Can anyone help me?

我是用的想起那三个数字的时间。其实我也是想测那个事情很久了。反反复复了好几次。然后突然拿定主意，开始想三个数字，然后我就用想那3个数字的时间作为动念时间。 不过我不知道这个答案对不对啊。等老亥来公布正确答案吧。
