I bought a decent amount of calls ~12pm.  I sold half before market close, while I plan to sell the rest by tomorrow morning as I expect a gap up in the morning.  If market drops entire day tomorrow, I plan to hold my calls until next week because it's rarely to have the 5th red weekly bar.

haha.. we thought the same (and the same reasoning too!), except I am not planing to sell calls tomorrow morning.

5th red weekly bar, it never happened since 2009.

Short-term & mid-term directions are still down and therefore, I'm not too greedy on the upside.

hmmm. i can't see that far, don't know if the medium bottom is in or not.

The futures gap you mentioned will be filled soon.

so your nuclear weapon style 50pts upside trigger is still not fired yet?

老大，are you sure自2009年以来没有连跌5周的情况？2011年那次可是连跌6周哈。自己看图。

唉。我都不知道该说什么了。96年的时候还没有那么多机器trader... nowadays, it is mostly machines trading against machines.
