Trading Plan For May 12th....

With a fresh mind, after getting up from a nap, I realized that I made a mistake today while scanning through all of my charts.   Some of you know what this chart is made of, but again, I don't feel like to disclose it to others because you guys have to do more homework if you don't know what it is.

From red vertical line, you can tell that market is very bearish on the day when it opened below the horizontal blue line.

As for the next day, this indicator has high chances to close in red, which means market might close in green or flat.

VIX is just part of it... keep up with your good work

Honestly speaking, have too many 秘密武器 aren't a good thing because you will end up to miss this one or that one, especially while you are busy with other things or feeling lazy to go through them.  Therefore, I try to stick to those reliable ones where I can trade big with options.   Speaking of which, I guess the next big opportunity won't come until middle or late next week on the downside.  Until then, either I trade small or stay on the sidelines with cash.

There is a black bar, but it's getting tricky here as green circles suggest market doesn't have much rooms on the downside at this moment.

It's time to say 88 to bulls as short-term signals are turning south at this moment.  I'll wait for market to break below MA-20 first before taking buying puts during next week.  In the meantime, I'm off for the rest of this week to hang out with some old friends in Toronto
