Trading Plan for 04_08....

There is a nice day trading setup to indicate market going to rally tomorrow morning (it works quite well while ST/MT trend is up).  Not sure if it works again this time since ST trend is down.

My speculation for tomorrow is that market will trade in the range between MA-10 & MA-20.  I will buy heavily PUTs once it breaks below MA-20 with confirmations from intraday signals.  Until then, let's be patient to wait for a right opportunity to arrive.   There is no rush for anything, which is a mistake that rookie often repeats to make.

Should SPX break below daily MA-20 (2042) tomorrow or early next week, I expect it to bounce back & forth between targets of 2035 & 2017 because of monthly MA-10 & MA-20 supports, which I think one shouldn't miss if you are an active trader (esp. those who trade options).

I'm NOT going to buy PUTs here yet because:

a) No confirmation from intraday signals

b) Market tends to be bullish for the whole day on Friday.
