1.WYY $1.47. ( for trade and investment)
Close to billion signed contracts with market Cap is only around $100 million. This year expect growth 45%. 2nd offing at $1.45( few months ago). One fund just showed increase holding > 10%.  Concerns? MM too powerful., no
reason can push stock down from $1.5 to $0.98 in few days.

2. ECIG. Lottery play$0.05.
This year revenue > $200 million, market Cap only 4 million. Failed $20 IPO asked debt issue. Concern? 不是很明白问题多严重
