求推荐 低费用 适于欧洲使用 的 debit card

对不起，找不到旅游版，这里人气旺。

我的chase 银行卡，在 欧洲 ATM 取现金，每次有 3% charge，请有经验的 推荐比较低手续费的 debit card。

thanks. I am referring bank debit card, for cash withdrawl in overseas, not credit card. if there is low fee debit card, withdraw cash in the local country has better rate than exchange in US.  And in Europe, some hotels prefer cash instead of credit card.

i used it when in china, great conversion rate, same as visa official rate
