Just correcting previous mispricing...if we look at end of 2013, early 2014, small cap (Russell) clearly overvalued, while many large cap (Dow or largest stocks in s&p) are still reasonably valued.

I said largest stocks in s&p...not s&p...
And yes, small cap is not cheap as a group, look at Russell small cap index will be more evident.
Large cap is more reasonably valued than small cap that's why Dow performs better so far.
