House marketing peaked?

Just drive a road, the house was list last week, and it changed to the big "SOLD" sign already.

The house price is already in history high in this area. I do not believe the owner would sell his house if the bidder does not give him a super good price, otherwise why would the owner sell his house with one weekend open house.
