Many good financials went from good bargain back to reasonably priced now...but not near too expensive range
Investing when it looks easiest, is at its hardest...it's tougher to find bargain now...

the opposite is also true, when it looks toughest (in crises times), it is easier to find quality companies selling at bargain prices.

从FA来看是这样，这些叫做cyclical，总是有周期。

换个思路，从behavioral finance的角度看，被追捧的sector总是被追捧，所以趋势一旦形成，就会持续。在趋势打破前追随趋势，也没有错。
