老大早说就好了，豪赌众议院共和党boycott完全失败，这两天的大炮仗真壮观，我的UVXY均价$23.6，水下三千尺了。不知道今年还有希望出水吗。。。

I've asked Sam about what to do after the 2013 - 14 peak back in 2010, and he said "don't touch the market for a couple of years". In 2011 he has said maybe he will buy puts after $indu > 15700. Since I knew him from 2007 Sam has never shorted the market, other than bought puts on AAPL once. During Jun 2007 and Nov 2008 Sam was completely out of the stock market and 100% in bonds.

Sam is as private as a man gets these days. He does not check his emails, and almost never turn on his iPhone. He drew his $indu monthly chart on drafting table (he used to be an architect), started from the 70's and continuing today. Good luck finding any info on him online. His last name is 汪, and his father used to be the “茶王“in 安徽。
