All are estimated based on past experience:

      $5B IPO + 15% greenshoe = total proceeds $5.75B

      7% underwriting fee --> $400MM revenue for underwriters

      Lead underwriter normally takes 30% --> $120MM for MS; $280MM for the other three

I saw the news that saying MS and GS took only 1% underwriting fee

7% is industry 'standard'. 1% is unheard of (except GM that was owned mainly by the government)

last time, google tried to budged the fee via auction, the direct consequence was to be forced to lower IPO price.
