现在每个月从信用卡扣的钱除了10刀其实还有一个30分的国际交易费。这 $3.6/year 让信用卡公司赚去了。可不可以按年寄一张123.6的支票给你？ 尤其给信用卡公司赚, 为什么不支持胡同呢？

Checked my AMEX. net $10. fee 0. I am USA user.
But I was told the fee, if charged, will only show up at the end when bill send out. so I might update my situation when I receive my bill.

I will change my card from Visa to AMEX in paypal acct.

A smart movement. That's exact my case. My payment goes through my paypal using AMEX.

But historically, I bought some books from Canada and got fees charged at final bill. As I said "I might update my situation when I receive my bill."

你可以直接按年付啊，现在不是有那个选项吗？。

其实你那个0.3最后会退给你的，你大概没有PayPal账户吧？所以PayPal扣你0.3，只是测试你的信用卡是否可用，据PayPal说，30天后会退给你。这个，我应该在付费那里说了，最底下那一行小字。

另一方面，你每次付$10，我倒是要给PayPal大越0.65，这个，你当然不知道。所以如果你能按$120一年付的话，我可以省0.3 * 11 = 3.3块。你寄支票，我还得给你单独开户，明年还得催你交费，其实不值省的那些钱啊。不过，你按$120一年付的话，就意味着，你这一年都被套牢了哈，我是没法退款给你的。不象$10一个月，你随时可以cancel的。

所以，要么你按年付，要么你还是按月付，那个0.3只是一次性的测试，不是每个月扣的。

我有paypal。不会有什么测试费。那个0.3 是FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE。 VISA的解释是

Foreign transactions fees are fees that may be assessed when you use your Credit Card to make a transaction that requires a conversion of currency, or a transaction processed outside of the United States (even if the transaction is in U.S. Dollars). You may incur this type of fee when you make a purchase either in person, over the phone or online with a merchant in a country other than the United States. This fee is in addition to any other applicable transaction fees that may be assessed


当时我没注意到可以按年付。现在可以改吗？

你进入你得在cobra的帐户，在你的account下，选择unscribe的button。这样就cancel里你得按月$10 auto payment。当然你也可以在paypal里做。这个cancel并不能马上downgrade你的账户，你还得等一个月，当然你不可能等一个月，因为下个月就不是$10了。

所以你要发你的id信息到cobra@cobrasmarketview.com。我收到后的mail后，找到你paypal的账户把你那$10退给你。

然后你再进入你在cobra的账户，这时候由于我已经退了你的钱，你应该已经被downgrade到free subscriber了，而不是要等一个月。因此你进入后可以看到两个upgrade button，其中有一个可以按年付钱。你按那个按年付钱的就行了。

整个就是这过程。
