Normally, 5 c/shr for those Chinese solar ADRs.

The trick is it's "one-time charge" at uncertain time.
Sometimes, you hold the shares over months. no charges (you actually closed the position before the charges applied). sometimes, even a week, possibly a couple of days, you get the charge.
