kjv: And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call7121 upon the name of the LORD.
KJV: O give thanks unto the LORD; call7121 upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.
H7121
qara
kaw-raw'
A primitive root (rather identical with H7122 through the idea of accosting a person met); to call out to (that is, properly address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications): - bewray [self], that are bidden, call (for, forth, self, upon), cry (unto), (be) famous, guest, invite, mention, (give) name, preach, (make) proclaim (-ation), pronounce, publish, read, renowned, say.
在这里我们可以清楚地看见“呼求主(耶和华)名/Call upon the name of the LORD”开始于以诺士。 也就是说,人类的第三代“就开始呼求主(耶和华)名/Call upon the name of the LORD”。
