现在这势头已经汹涌地扑向了加拿大。在温哥华的RICHMOND，新楼盘上市前三天，已经
90% 被大陆新移民抢空。房价今年已经跳升35%，康斗比纽约的还贵。见到一家刚移民来VANCOUVER
几天的北京人，很潇洒地准备了170万加币买房，说是在北京倒腾两套房就够了。

反差下，美国西雅图里的居民“CHEAP”了许多。真希望美国也能把投资移民的门开大点，把房地产的泡沫吹起来。
