one of my core holdings of individual names... not so sexy, but with 6% yield, I can sleep well at night... BTW, it broke out recently... I think it would outperform SP500 index in the coming year.

no tricks. only so few names yielding so much. i have been owning this thing in & out several times... will hold it as long as dividend tax rate is 15% :-)
BTW, I remember you once asked what to own for your kid's education funds. why don't you pick those dogs of Dow or other high yielding blue chips (not laychips for sure)

i hold some high div / non sexy stocks in the account too, plus a canadian bond etf. it's a Canadian account otherwise i will for sure add your sin one :)
