　　新华网华盛顿2月10日电（记者刘丽娜 蒋旭峰）为落实国情咨文中提出的经济增长
战略，美国总统奥巴马10日宣布建设高速无线网络计划，以加快美国经济增长，提高居
民收入，创造更多就业。

　　奥巴马当天在密歇根州就“无线创新与基础设施计划”发表演讲时说，当前世界相
互联系更加紧密，竞争更加激烈，这是美国赢得未来的机会。美国如果希望拥有新工作
岗位和企业，就必须配备世界最好的运输和通信网络。他说：“这是一个新世纪，我们
不能期望明天的经济发源于昨天的基础设施。”

　　奥巴马说，现在，韩国90％的家庭都能接上高速宽带网，而在发明了互联网的美国
，这一比例只有65％。他把高速无线服务称作美国家庭和企业的“新火车站”，认为这
关系到美国如何推动创新、促进投资和创造新就业岗位。

　　奥巴马在1月25日发表的国情咨文中把增加基础设施建设投资作为提高美国竞争力
的重要策略。

Of the three, EMKR is the only one currently losing money, so it's a technical play for now, until a product / market breakthrough, which could offer a better upside.

JDSU is a leader in the space, and its historic story still gets some people excited, just checking its price in 2000.

FNSR is the safest play, and my "old" friend Sam is investing in it. We both were in / out of JDSU last year.

这种已经高高再上的股要怎么做呀？一般用什么指标作回调的目标位？这种股每次回调后我都觉得高，但是一等人家又涨得没影了。哎。
