All big houses turned bullish just in recent 2 weeks. On the surface the adjustment are all based on the latest positive data, however I believe it actually reflects a major decision made in US economic policies by top rulers.

In the next 3 months we shall see continuous stimulations on both fiscal & monetary sides. Tax cut has been extended, under the name of an exchange for GOP to support unemployment benefits. And Bernanke just hinted there could be more to come after QE2.

我觉得虽然这些机构在不停的鼓吹经济好大家要投资，但是真正的参与者却没有什么人，我周围的很多人都被09年吓怕了，现在hold大量的cash什么也不干。所以我觉得闲钱还是很多的，但是市场的钱可能却不多。我不知道这是好事还是坏事

If you did road show, you would know there is not much 闲钱. Or at least, there is not much 闲钱 willing to invest. In terms of institutions reports, well, let's see GS records: Call long A share in late 2009 while SSEC was 3100, call long EURO on Oct 8, now it is around 1.32, etc. So, I don't pay much attention about their market calls, nevertheless, I do enjoy some of their eco analysis.

Anway, I stick to my very root thought and have no plan to change it until the facts show me the way.

Crisis is a cycle of deflation, reflation, deflation. There is no simple way out.

That's the main reason I don't think we will have classic inflation, it is more like lossing buying power type of suckers' inflation. Good job, Ben. BTW, look at TLT, well, let's see big Ben has any means to deal with long end yield up. LOL!!!!
